Maxim Lany, born and raised in Ghent (BE), is a visionary DJ, producer, and remixer whose name has become synonymous with bold, immersive soundscapes. For Maxim, music is not just something he does; it’s something he lives. Constantly striving for perfection, he shares his unique perspective on what music and nightlife should be through his work. This philosophy comes to life in ‘CLOSER’, his 360 brand encompassing music, parties, masterclasses, and his own record label.

His breakthrough came in 2019 with the release of ‘Renaissance’ via Armada Electronic Elements, a groundbreaking track that skyrocketed him to international acclaim, amassing over 5 million streams. Championed by icons like Solomun, Kölsch, and David Guetta, Maxim has since solidified his vision with tracks such as ‘People Of The Night’, ‘Coming’, and his debut album, ‘Closer (You’re Not Alone)’. In 2025, he continues to push boundaries with highly anticipated releases, including ‘Tigra’ and a collaboration with Cosmic Gate on ‘The Drums’.
