Azo is a French-Brazilian DJ, live performer and producer based in Brussels. Resident at Kiosk Radio and co-founder of Queer Future Club and Queer Mess Festival, she has quickly become a rising name on the international electronic music scene.
A classically trained pianist and sound engineer, she switches effortlessly between DJ sets and live performances. Azo moves between electro, house, techno and breaks, inspired by UK rave culture and the timeless legacy of Detroit techno. Her sets are energetic and emotional, keeping audiences engaged from start to finish.
As a producer, she combines nostalgic synthesizers, catchy melodies and bouncy rhythms into a distinctive sound. Using original analog hardware, including an original Roland TB-303, she shapes a distinctive analog sound built for the dancefloor.
Over the years, she has performed at some of the world’s most respected clubs and festivals, including Tomorrowland (BE), Dour Festival (BE), Nuits Sonores (FR), Sónar Off (ES), Positive Education (FR), Astropolis (FR), Watergate (DE), Concrete (FR), Rex Club (FR), Horst (BE), Listen Festival (BE), C12 (BE), Fuse (BE), Paradise City Festival (BE), Renate (DE), Carpet Shop (UK), KM25 (DE), as well as Rinse France, The Lot Radio (NYC) and N10.AS (CA).
